A5 Wagyu hotpot all-you-can-eat! Check-in with flaming broth, get a seafood platter during the grand opening period!

“Kurokawa Beef Farm,” which has a 75-year history in Japan, has 40 farms nationwide and has obtained multiple food certification standards. The new “Kurokawa Beef Farm” hot pot restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, offers their own A5 Wagyu at affordable prices!

Adults HK$398/Children HK$268 (120 minutes), unlimited A5 Kumamoto Wagyu, 8 styles including premium frost drop ribs, beef ribs, shoulder blade meat, shoulder plum blossom, beef brisket, egg loin, beef neck fillet, thousand strands of tendon, each style has different distribution of marbling and meat flavor intensity.

There are over 50 other food styles to choose from, including Japanese pork, homemade food, spicy snacks, fried foods, ice cream, drinks, etc. Key recommendations include Japanese Saga famous water pork, homemade Wagyu dumplings, 8-inch blow-torched mozzarella cheese shrimp cake Pizza, Chiba bean curd skin, homemade spicy sauce snacks, etc.

The soup base styles also have their own characteristics. The “Taiwan Spicy Volcano Hot Pot” (limited availability) is made with winter melon and sliced meat arranged in the shape of a volcano, poured with alcohol and set on fire, then a large amount of Taiwanese spicy sauce is added, accompanied by Taiwanese duck blood, it is spicy and the flaming effect is often perfect for social media check-ins!

Another recommended soup base is the “Hokkaido Soy Milk Rose Cheese Hot Pot”, with a giant rose made of cheese and soy milk slowly melting into the soup base made from kelp fish soup, perfect for enjoying with pork! Other soup bases include “Black Birch Secret Spicy and Sour Fish Hot Pot”, “Shaoxing Japanese Satsuma Chicken Medicinal Hot Pot”, and “Flaming Spicy Chicken Hot Pot”.

The store offers multiple promotions. Now, for every reservation made, a Black Birch Farm selected three-tiered rack will be given away. The three tiers include Japanese Wagyu arranged in a flower shape, Saga Meisui pork belly, and homemade hand-rolled balls. Additionally, before September 30th, for two people dining together and making a reservation two days in advance, a Hokkaido giant scallop and oyster seafood platter will be given away. When the seafood platter is served, it will be flamed and baked, full of the aroma of wine! Before October 15th, for four people dining together and making a reservation two days in advance, a complimentary A5 Wagyu beef eye will be given, sliced into 15 cm diameter pieces. When lightly cooked in the broth, the texture is exceptionally tender and smooth!
