The Peninsula Hotel’s new Café offers a British-style afternoon tea, featuring 12 sweet and savory items including signature English scones, macarons, Mont Blanc chocolate, strawberry rolled eggs, crab with green apple sandwiches, and more. For drinks, guests can enjoy handcrafted coffee brewed by resident professional baristas, complete with latte art. Additionally, guests can sample a variety of Peninsula’s famous teas from around the world at the table or tea counter. For those who enjoy a little tipple, there is also a selection of fine wines, champagnes, and other beverages to choose from.
In addition to crispy cakes, the other highlight of this Peninsula Café is the buffet! The buffet desserts here are all made with Hokkaido milk ice cream, and there are two vegan ice creams accompanied by fresh fruits, suitable for health-conscious individuals. Due to the epidemic, the cafe has limited seating and can only provide 4 tables temporarily. Reservation service is not available, so interested friends should come early for walk-in seating.
