Editor / Anchor
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Generate fresh story ideas and video concepts focused on style, trends and industry insights
- Write, edit and proofread articles
- Plan and script on-camera segments; deliver as on-screen Anchor for interviews, product demos and event coverage
Production & Collaboration
- Coordinate with videographers, photographers and graphic designers to bring stories to life
- Host live streams and recorded shoots—conduct on-camera interviews with designers, KOLs and brand representatives
- Work with marketing to amplify content via social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Network & Community
- Cultivate relationships with industry insiders, PR agencies and talent to secure exclusive access and interviews
- Engage with our audience—respond to comments, moderate live Q&As and build community loyalty
Quality & Performance
- Enforce editorial standards: fact-checking, style consistency and brand tone
- Track content performance (page views, watch time, engagement) and refine approach to meet KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Fashion or related field
- At least 1 year of editorial or on-camera experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios welcomed)
- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills in English and Cantonese (spoken & written)
- Confident on-camera presence—comfortable hosting, interviewing and live broadcasting
- Solid grasp of SEO best practices and social-platform algorithms
- Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro), Canva and livestream software
- Strong organizational skills, team spirit and ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Genuine passion for fashion and lifestyle trends
Management
Chief Marketing Officer
Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Growth in China
Lead the overall market development strategy for ZTYLEZ in Mainland China, aligning with the Hong Kong headquarters’ positioning to drive brand growth, marketing initiatives, and commercial performance.
- Develop and execute annual marketing, branding, and revenue strategies across the fashion, beauty, art, and watch sectors to achieve business and brand awareness objectives.
Brand Management & Integrated Marketing
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across Mainland China and Hong Kong while overseeing the brand presence on the official website and major social media platforms including Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Weibo.
- Plan and execute brand IP campaigns, industry forums, art collaborations, and fashion week initiatives to strengthen ZTYLEZ’s reputation and influence within the luxury lifestyle industry.
Business Development & Commercial Partnerships
- Build and manage the media commercialisation strategy, including content marketing, branded features, celebrity collaborations, product placements, and integrated campaign packages.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with leading luxury beauty, fashion, watch, and art brands while negotiating annual commercial agreements with key clients.
Content & Campaign Strategy
- Collaborate with the editorial team to develop market-driven content strategies based on industry trends, seasonal campaigns, and audience insights.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, trend reports, and branded content projects to maximise traffic, audience engagement, and commercial conversion.
Events & Partnership Management
- Oversee the planning and execution of offline events including product launches, fashion events, designer forums, VIP experiences, and art collaborations.
- Expand strategic partnerships by integrating industry resources and identifying new cross-industry collaboration opportunities.
Leadership & Budget Management
- Lead and develop the marketing, business development, branding, and media teams by establishing KPIs, performance management systems, and talent development programmes.
- Manage annual marketing budgets, optimise media investment, and maximise return on investment (ROI).
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities across China's luxury lifestyle and fashion media landscape.
- Provide strategic recommendations and adjust marketing initiatives to strengthen ZTYLEZ’s competitive position in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Marketing Director, Chief Marketing Officer, or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Mainland China's advertising ecosystem, content marketing, and integrated media partnerships.
- Established network with luxury brands, PR agencies, celebrities, artists, and key stakeholders within the fashion, beauty, watch, and art industries.
- Proven expertise in Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Weibo, and digital media marketing, with a strong track record in commercialisation and key account management.
- Strategic thinker with strong branding, business development, leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to lead large-scale marketing initiatives, perform under pressure, and travel when required.
Experience with Hong Kong media operations and familiarity with the Greater Bay Area luxury and fashion market will be an advantage.
Sales
Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Drive growth by promoting digital ads, content marketing, and cross-platform campaigns to potential clients.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business partnerships.
Sales Targets and Achievement
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
- Regularly analyze and report sales performance, delivering customized performance updates to clients.
Advertising/Marketing Solutions
- Develop and present tailored advertising and marketing solutions for clients, aligning with ZTYLEZ content.
Client Engagement and Retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, clients, and media partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide excellent client support by promptly addressing needs and concerns.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate effectively with editorial, production, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive client campaigns.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in media sales, business development, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with an established client network.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience in digital media sales.
- Strong grasp of the market, its trends, and client needs.
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and networking.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Established connections with advertisers targeting younger demographics, particularly in sectors such as Gadgets, Fashion, Entertainment, FMCG and more, are a plus.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns and creating engaging content is advantageous.
