The Causeway Bay World Trade Centre mall is about to reopen, and the first brand to open in the mall is La Viña, a brand that started with cakes. The interior design of the new store echoes the brand’s logo with a pink color scheme, complemented by soft lighting, smooth flowing lines, and arch elements, creating a dreamy atmosphere with a touch of fashion.
La Viña以烘焙产品起家，芝士蛋糕坚持采用西班牙传统食谱制作，新店当然有更多选择，焙茶忌廉卷、士多啤梨云呢拿蛋糕、宇治抹茶红豆、原个Tiramisu等。面包有招牌嘅蒜蓉忌廉芝士包，而新推出嘅「Sausage Skewer」（$42），串起两个迷你嘅酥皮肠仔包，好似街头小食咁逐啖咬开，酥皮鬆化香脆，打卡得嚟又食得滋味。
鹹味配料的”Savory Scone”（32元）也是全新产品，以芝士scone作为基调再加入每日厨师精选的食材，细细件配一杯咖啡做早餐刚刚好。
新店还推出了多种咸食和饮品，咸食以酸种面包为主，烤得香脆的吐司，夹着芝士、自家熏制的牛肉作馅料，味道浓郁香美。
飲品推介配合粉紅主題的草莓奶茶（熱 $46 / 凍 $48），混入士多啤梨醬的奶底可見顏色鮮明的分層，拍照和味道都非常滿意！
