Finally, Happy Friday has arrived, after work, why not invite friends to chill here! The Sky Bar at Hyatt Regency Sha Tin has recently featured a new singer, Phoenyx Novelle, to liven up the atmosphere. You can enjoy a variety of fine wines in the elegantly decorated bar while appreciating live music, very relaxing!
Recommended signature cocktails include the “Pomelo 18,” inspired by Sha Tin pomelo, combining rum, blackcurrant liqueur, fresh pomelo, and lime juice, while the “Pomelotini” is made with lemon vodka, pomelo flesh, and grapefruit juice, giving a refreshing feel!
The newly launched Chinese cocktail “Roast Duck Fragrance” at Tian Tian Ba is also worth a try. True to its name, the inspiration comes from traditional Beijing roast duck, mixing roast duck fat into gin, along with crushed cucumber, scallions, and lime juice, allowing you to taste a hint of roast duck flavor with rich layers!

One of the recommended dishes is the “Baked Swiss Cheese, Fontina Cheese, and Prosciutto,” where a giant sourdough bread is covered with cheese and ham before being baked, creating a smoky effect when served, making it perfect for social media check-ins. There is also the “Stir-fried Octopus, Jade Snail, Cilantro, Olives, Sweet Peppers,” full of Spanish Tapas flavors, and the “Buffalo Spicy Chicken Wings with Blue Cheese Sauce,” which is equally delicious and generous in portion!
