The coffee beans of “過日辰” are carefully blended by Bosco Tai, the champion of the Hong Kong Barista Championship. The House Blend is made from two types of Ethiopia coffee beans, one sun-dried and the other washed, with hints of orange, berries, and a subtle floral aroma. It has a smooth texture. There are also drinks like “Foam Black Coffee” and “Honey Crispy Fresh Milk Coffee” made with local honey. The menu also includes the “Sinful Banana Toffee Cup,” with layers of secret banana puree and rich caramel, topped with chocolate crisps for a distinct flavor profile.

Introducing the “Sweet and Sour Toast” as a recommended delicacy in the culinary aspect. The bread is made with fresh milk, natural honey, and Japanese flour, baked to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is served with four different flavors of sweet, sour, bitter, and spicy sauces, allowing you to experience various tastes!
