Central Japanese-style Izakaya Weekend Brunch! Selected Sashimi/Sea Urchin Tuna Rolls/Instantly Prepared Kyoto-style Grilled Fish

The weekend is perfect for enjoying brunch with friends! UOHARU, a Japanese izakaya located on Wellington Street in Central, has recently launched a weekend brunch menu where you can taste a variety of dishes for HK$428 per person.

This includes salted edamame and crispy chicken cartilage snacks, while the appetizers include maple cream cheese with crispy, salmon roe soft-boiled egg, garlic octopus scallop salad, refreshing and appetizing. There are also 5 selected sashimi and a special deluxe sea urchin and tuna roll!

The chef also prepares fresh ingredients on the spot, bringing dishes such as grilled silver cod with miso, salt-grilled chicken wings, and the option to choose grilled thick-cut beef tongue or Miyazaki pork with miso. The subsequent featured dish is baked sea urchin and salmon roe pasta with white sauce. There are also options for the main course, including wagyu fried rice and clam miso soup.

If you want to add matcha or vanilla-flavored special ice cream sandwiches for an additional HK$30, or if you want to enjoy unlimited alcoholic beverages, you can add an extra HK$128 for a wide selection of premium sake, plum wine, Suntory premium draft beer, and bourbon whiskey.
