Handmade pasta shop “牛” themed limited menu! Baked beef bone marrow / Australian wagyu beef brisket shell noodles

Pici, a handmade pasta shop that frequently introduces limited-time new dishes, recently launched the “Beef Beef Mania” menu, which includes a total of 5 dishes, including appetizers, pasta, and desserts.

The appetizers include “Baked Beef Marrow with Sourdough Bread” and “Thinly Sliced Australian Wagyu Beef Tongue with Herb Sauce”. As for the pasta dishes, they include “Braised Angus Beef Ribs with Chianti and Saffron Cream Pappardelle” and “Naples-style Australian M6 Wagyu Beef Brisket with White Wine Onion Sauce, Conchiglie Pasta, and Aged Cheese”. The Wagyu beef brisket melts in your mouth!

Finally, there is the dessert “Baked Anise Honey Peach Gold Treasure”, paired with caramel whipped cream, bringing a sweet and flavorful taste!

“The first round of the ‘Niuniu Fever’ limited menu will be available from May 16th to June 5th at Pici in Central, Causeway Bay, and Tsim Sha Tsui; the second round will be available from June 5th to 25th at Pici in Wan Chai, Kennedy Town, Taikoo Shing, and Tseung Kwan O stores.”
