Located in Tai Kwun, The Dispensary, an English-style bar, has recently collaborated with Paul Lafayet to launch an afternoon tea set! The tea set is presented in a box, allowing you to enjoy savory and sweet treats layer by layer. The box also contains a mirror that can be used for drawing or writing, creating your own “tea box”!
The box contains a variety of pastries including Cantonese-style dim sum such as crab roe siu mai, matsutake mushroom buns, and wagyu beef puffs prepared by Cantina and The Chinese Library, as well as traditional Italian crispy bread, salmon Italian soft cheese sandwiches, and other delicacies.
Limited edition Paul Lafayet’s signature mini French caramel custard is also a highlight. The caramel on the top is freshly baked, while the inside is smooth and creamy. Paired with Tea o’clock cocktail, it feels relaxing and enjoyable!
