The stylish Hotel ICON collaborates with tea brand TEA CHÂTEAU to launch the “Nordic Tea Time” afternoon tea at the Nordic restaurant FINDS.
Tea set offers a variety of exquisite treats, including rose tea, osmanthus oolong, aged tangerine peel pu-erh, butterfly pea flower tea, and cherry blossom tea. Among them, there is the “Smoked Salmon Tart with Osmanthus Oolong Foam,” which brings a refreshing taste. The “Stardust Butterfly Pea Milk Pudding” is made with butterfly pea flower tea, lemongrass, and lemon, creating a dreamy color for the butterfly pea flower jelly, which pairs perfectly with the rich milk pudding.
There are also “Rose Strawberry Cream Roll Cake”, “Wagyu Mini Hibiscus Burger”, “Sealed Duck Danish Toast with Caramelized Onion and Tangerine Pu’er Sauce”, “Icelandic Shrimp with Trout Roe Puff Pastry Box”, “Japanese Salted Cherry Blossom Lollipop” and other savory and sweet pastries.
There are three special teas to choose from in terms of beverages, including health tea based on green tea, Sun Moon black tea, and roasted tea made from tea leaves from Mie Prefecture, Japan. There are also creative special drinks, such as the non-alcoholic special drink “Purple Breeze”, which uses osmanthus oolong tea and lychee syrup as the base. You can pour in an appropriate amount of butterfly pea flower tea according to personal preference to create a refreshing and IG-able purple special drink!
