The brand new burger brand N+ Burger has just opened in Wan Chai. The two-story high green-framed storefront is very eye-catching. Not only does this burger shop have a unique appearance, but the ingredients used are also surprisingly high-quality and delightful!

The beef patty of the hamburger has a perfect ratio of fat and lean meat, making it juicy. It turns out that the brand sources its beef directly from its own Australian ranch, Hunter Beef Angus. The beef from this ranch has won the Sydney Royal Food Gold and Silver Awards, so its quality is guaranteed.

The burger uses specially selected sourdough bread, which is fermented with natural yeast to make it soft and slightly acidic. It is lightly toasted and spread with butter, giving it a crispy exterior and a soft interior.

The styles of hamburgers are very carefully selected, and the sauces are all homemade. The N+ Classics series uses 4-ounce Angus beef, available in original flavor ($75), Bacon ($85), and a must-have for those who like strong flavors, the Triple Garlic Sauce ($75) and Thousand Island Sauce ($75). The N+ Limited series uses 6-ounce Angus beef brisket, with options of Truffle Sauce ($100) and Japanese Mustard Sauce ($95). The french fries and potato wedges served alongside the hamburgers are also fried to a crispy perfection.
