“Cheese lovers” take note! Central wine bar Terroirs by LQV is launching an unlimited “Raclette Sundays” package! “Raclette” is a traditional dish of Alpine farmers, where cheese is melted and the outer shell becomes caramelized, then scraped onto various dishes. This package includes a range of homemade cold cuts, potatoes, and pickles.
If you want to enjoy fine wine, you can choose the upgrade package, which includes two glasses of round and fruity white wines. Each wine is personally selected by the wine director Brandon Wong to pair with cheeses, including Chignin Bergeron from Savoie, Chardonnay from southern Burgundy, and white wines from the Rhone Valley. You can also add on baked Mont D’or cheese to enjoy with freshly baked sourdough bread at the restaurant.
“Sunday Cheese Toast Set” is available from now on, every Sunday from 11 am to 8 pm.
