Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel has partnered with skincare brand ALBION to launch the “Rose Honey Fruit Afternoon Tea”, inspired by ALBION’s revitalizing and elasticizing series, offering a range of themed pastries featuring roses, honey, and fruits.
Recommended desserts include “Rose Napoleon Puff,” a small round puff pastry topped with vanilla cream and homemade strawberry jam, refreshing and crispy. “Honey Chocolate Mousse” is a sweet and soft honey jelly spread on white chocolate caramel mousse, paired with light and fluffy olive oil sponge cake and crispy honeycomb-shaped chocolate. The crispy “Orange Chocolate Profiterole” is filled with Japanese mandarin orange puree, topped with smooth chocolate and gold foil.
In terms of savory pastries, there is the “Smoked Salmon Avocado Croissant”. The smoked salmon is marinated with avocado, accompanied by cucumber, salmon roe, and avocado puree, creating a salty and fragrant taste with a hint of sweetness. The “Fried Cheese Ball” shreds Mozzarella buffalo cheese, mixes it with milk and flour, freezes it, and then coats it with breadcrumbs and deep-fries it until golden and crispy, creating a stringy effect when eaten.
