As for the wine-pairing snacks, there are more than ten options, including the “Five-Spice Roasted Cauliflower” coated with secret five-spice butter, as well as the “Three-Style Roasted Corn” seasoned with signature Typhoon Shelter, herb butter, and spicy corn flakes, and the “Three-Style Roasted Chicken Wings” marinated with homemade salted egg yolk, herbs, and South American Cajun spices.

There are also main dishes such as “Typhoon Shelter Stir-Fried Spicy Crab Pasta”, which incorporates secret Southeast Asian seasonings, while the “Italian Zucchini Noodles with Pan-Seared Scallops and Spanish Chorizo Cream Sauce” is a lighter option, with zucchini noodles shaved into fine shreds and soaked in salt water for a crisp texture, eaten with half-cooked scallops and sauce, it is quite delicious.
