Signature cocktails are made with tropical fruits and ingredients full of summer vibes, including the “Pina Colada” made with rum mixed with pineapple juice and coconut juice, the “Dreaming Spade” with pineapple liqueur as the base, combined with grapefruit, orange, and lemon, the fruity “Kate Summer”, and the “Shine with Kate” with added depth from black pepper and sea salt!
As for the snacks, there are sugarcane shrimp with coconut, grilled chicken skewers, beetroot-cured salmon tartare, and lime juice-marinated fish ceviche, offering both refreshing and flavorful options!
