The most blissful thing about holidays is being able to ignore the alarm clock and sleep in naturally, then enjoy a delicious and rich brunch! The five-star boutique hotel The Hari Hong Kong recently launched a Sunday semi-buffet brunch at its Italian restaurant Lucciola Restaurant & Bar, allowing foodies to indulge for a full two and a half hours!
The Hari Sunday brunch is designed by chef Francesco Gava from Piedmont, Italy, and is divided into 5 parts. The “Aperitivo al Bar” (appetizer buffet) offers a variety of cheeses and selected Italian cured meats in the cold dish area, while the “Tavola” (sharing table) brings classic bagged cheese with tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, soft, smooth, rich, and full of flavor. It also offers a variety of cold seafood, including fresh seasonal oysters, Alaskan king crab legs, and Kaluga caviar, which is full of salty fragrance!
The following “Antipasto Caldo” (hot appetizer) also brings seafood dishes, with the coriander garlic cooked mussels being tender and mouth-watering. As for the “Piatto Principale” (main course), you can choose from a variety of delicacies such as homemade pasta with sheep’s milk cheese, Chilean sea bass with mussels and clams soup.
After a hearty savory meal, of course, there is also a “Dolci” (dessert) section designed for the “second stomach”! Must-try items include the signature Tiramisu, Caprese cake, and smooth Italian gelato to satisfy dessert lovers.
In addition, guests can enjoy unlimited servings of 3 barrel-aged Negroni cocktails crafted by the hotel’s beverage manager Sabrina Cantini Budden, or choose to upgrade to a free-flow package with options including red or white wine, Prosecco, Perrier-Jouët champagne, Gin & Tonic, Espresso Martini, Bloody Mary, and more, for a festive holiday celebration.
