Chopard CEO and Artistic Director Caroline Scheufele recently collaborated with Sotheby’s to introduce the new Precious Lace collection. This brand new necklace, auctioned privately at Sotheby’s, is adorned with rare Paraiba tourmalines and multiple diamonds, complemented by intricate lace-like hollow designs reminiscent of haute couture fashion.
The new necklace from the Precious Lace series features a triangular-cut Paraiba tourmaline from Mozambique, weighing 34.63 carats, known for its unique turquoise blue color, clear and translucent, refracting a sea blue luster in the light.
In addition, the necklace is made of platinum and titanium metals that comply with “Fairmined” certification, complemented by pear-cut diamonds and brilliant-cut round diamonds, shining in harmony with Paraiba tourmalines, making the necklace even more dazzling. The design features intricate filigree weaving with exquisite setting work, depicting neat and delicate lines, giving a sense of classical elegance without losing the charm of luxury.
