“I will punish you in place of the moon!” “Sailor Moon” is definitely a childhood memory for many girls! It turns out that this manga created by the manga artist Naoko Takeuchi has been serialized since 1992, celebrating its 30th anniversary! To celebrate the 30th anniversary of serialization, the Tokyo Roppongi Museum has recently transformed into the “Sailor Moon Museum,” exhibiting over 600 collectibles!
This exhibition is personally supervised by Naoko Takeuchi, even the promotional poster of the exhibition is drawn by her! The key exhibits of the exhibition include the battle costumes of many sailor warriors in the comics, formal masked hero costumes, the gorgeous dresses of Princess Serenity, and the suits of Prince Endymion, bringing the familiar costumes to life in a realistic way!
In addition to multiple sets of clothing, the store also displays Sailor Moon’s wand and the transformation rods of many Sailor Soldiers, bringing back lots of memories!
Inside the venue, there is also a dreamy decorated “Sailor Crystal Gallery,” displaying multiple paintings by Naoko Takeuchi, including giant original paintings for everyone to enjoy!
The “Beauty War Fans” who are still interested can also get their hands on a variety of exquisite limited edition souvenirs and peripheral products inside the venue, such as folders, postcards, fisherman hats, powder, notebooks, etc!
After viewing the exhibition and selecting souvenirs, you can also visit the Sailor Moon themed café inside the venue to take photos, and enjoy a series of special desserts and drinks!
