This cocktail series draws inspiration from the traditional Chinese philosophy of Yin and Yang, cleverly showcasing the beauty of opposition and harmony in each drink.
In these captivating creations, Brightside symbolizes the vibrant and refreshing energy of sunlight, elevating the combination of tequila and grapefruit juice to a new level and adding unique spices to bring a lively and fresh work to alcohol lovers.
On the other hand, Darkside showcases the dark and mysterious side. Using dark rye whiskey as a base, combined with absinthe, it creates a cocktail with a deep flavor and bold character, reflecting the allure and mystery of the dark side.
Heaven is a cocktail inspired by the sky, combining the smoothness of Nikka Days whiskey with the aroma of Fernet Hunter herbal liqueur, creating an elegant and rich taste that symbolizes purity and loftiness beyond the secular world.
In addition, Moon is inspired by the Mid-Autumn Festival, blending rum with elements such as golden pomelo and yuzu, along with osmanthus and milk, to create a captivating and balanced cocktail that evokes beautiful memories of the full moon night.
