Since going solo in 2017, Harry Styles has taken a different musical path, leading to a transformation in his image. This change even caught the attention of Gucci’s creative director, Alessandro Michele, who has since become his friend. In June of this year, Gucci collaborated with Harry Styles to launch the Gucci HA HA HA series, combining the initials of “Harry” and “Alessandro” to symbolize the end of their creative journey together, stemming from a deep friendship.
With the official launch of the collaborative series, the brand also released a series of image advertisements, featuring Harry Styles himself. The quirky and playful images truly embody the essence of the series; the series focuses on British retro style, while also showcasing GUCCI’s extravagant style. From the popular 1970s beige striped suit jacket, bohemian style, to the noble and fashionable Prince of Wales style coat, it combines various aesthetics, retro yet stylish.
Harry Styles said, “I am thrilled to see this project finally come to fruition. I have known Alessandro for many years and have always admired him. Watching him work has always been inspiring to me, so this collaboration with a good friend is very meaningful to me.”
