Stretch your muscles together in the beautiful morning! Tai Kwun brings you “Move Your Body and Mind” morning exercise.

In order to encourage everyone to wake up early and experience the beauty of the morning, Tai Kwun will launch the “Good Morning Tai Kwun” program starting this June. The venue will open to the public at 8 am, offering various activities such as the “Move Your Body” stretching session, kickstarting a vibrant and energetic day for everyone!

The “Ignite Body and Mind” event will be held from June 28 to July 4 in the morning, organized by Tai Kwun in collaboration with lululemon, offering a variety of special yoga classes, such as “Chill Flow” that combines traditional Chinese qigong elements and yoga. “Ignite Body and Mind” also features the more intense “Barre x Yoga” class, blending ballet and Pilates movements, allowing everyone to sweat and awaken their body and mind together in the morning!

“Revitalize Body and Mind” After morning exercise, why not take a leisurely stroll inside the Tai Kwun and admire the various unique historical sites. If you want to further understand the historical culture of Tai Kwun, you can join an exclusive guided tour after the exercise session ends, which will lead everyone into areas not yet open to the public, exploring the unknown corners of Tai Kwun together!

In addition, you can enjoy a Western-style breakfast at the “Parisian Pavilion” in Tai Kwun, or have traditional Chinese dim sum and cold-brewed tea at “Lok Cha Tea House”! After participating in the “Move Body and Mind” exercise and stretching your muscles, having a delicate breakfast during breakfast time will surely be the motivation for everyone to get up early!
