Taiwanese hot pot crosses the river and arrives in Hong Kong! Choose from 12 soup bases/abundant seafood set meal

The Taiwanese chain hotpot restaurant Guo Jiang Long’s “Building Happiness Hotpot” recently landed in Hong Kong, opening a store in Mong Kok’s Wenhua Shopping Mall, so you can enjoy Taiwanese-style hotpot without flying to Taiwan!

Zhu Jian Happiness Hot Pot offers 12 soup bases for diners to choose from, including the signature “Stone Pot Soup” from the original Taiwanese stone hot pot restaurant “Han Xiang Village”, the smooth “Fresh Mushroom Milk Soup”, and the rich yet not greasy “Authentic Chiayi Sandpot Fish Soup”!

The set menu at Chikuken Happiness Hot Pot includes ingredients from the sea, land, and air. The “Seafood Feast Hot Pot” includes 9 types of seafood, including sea bream, salmon, sea bass, fresh oysters, clams, oysters, white shrimp, and grass shrimp. Seafood lovers must try it!

There is also “Japanese A5 Wagyu Hotpot”, using the highest grade “Sirloin/Ribeye” part of A5 Wagyu from Yamagata Prefecture, Shiretoko in Hokkaido, and Sendai in Miyagi. The marbling distribution is even, and the meat is oily and delicate!
