The new dessert and snack shop “Bite by Bite” has opened its second branch in Langham Place, Mong Kok. The new store combines industrial elements with a color scheme of yellow and beige, and incorporates decorations inspired by the narrow streets and alleys of Hong Kong. It successfully blends nostalgia with modernity!
“Bite by Bite” specializes in a variety of innovative Hong Kong-style street snacks and desserts. We recommend trying our freshly made egg waffles, which come in 8 classic flavors and 8 special flavors, including Hong Kong-style egg tarts, bamboo charcoal black sesame paste, D24 durian cheese, red date black sugar ginger, and golden matcha mochi. You can also choose from 27 additional toppings to create your own unique flavor combination!
If you like Hong Kong-style street snacks, you can try the “Fish Maw Bowl with Mixed Shark Fin and Konjac Noodles”. It is made with dried tangerine peel, shredded chicken, and chicken broth as the soup base, and uses healthy vegan konjac noodles instead of vermicelli for the fish maw and shark fin. The “Shrimp Head and Mustard Green Siu Mai” is also made in a stir-fry style and offers a unique twist! Additionally, there is a new release of “Tiramisu in a Jar”, which includes classic tiramisu, durian with cheese, pistachio with raspberry, and lemon tart flavors.
In addition, if you want to try multiple options at once, you can choose the all-day free selection combo package, with a minimum spending of only HK$60 per person.
