The Eaton Hotel’s Puqing Restaurant introduces a new “Puqing Chocolate Paradise” weekend afternoon tea buffet, offering over 50 chocolate desserts and delicacies, perfect for chocolate lovers!
The dessert cakes come in a variety of styles, including 68% extra dark chocolate cake, hazelnut milk chocolate cake, passion fruit chocolate cake, blueberry white chocolate mousse roll cake, etc. The pastry chef can also make a molten chocolate cake with frozen banana popsicle on the spot, creating a perfect blend of hot and cold!

There are three types of chocolate fountains, including classic dark chocolate, white chocolate, and strawberry chocolate. They are paired with various toppings such as mini waffles, colorful cotton candy, crispy cocoa rice, and strawberry brownies. There are also 12 flavors of Mövenpick ice cream and sorbet!
There are also many choices for savory snacks, including chilled prawns and mussels from the seafood appetizer section, sushi and tempura from the Japanese cuisine section, as well as various Western dishes such as lobster sliders, roasted pork saddle with tomato salsa, roasted Australian beef scapula with red wine and black chocolate sauce, and more. In addition, during afternoon tea, you can enjoy unlimited chocolate hazelnut milkshakes and jasmine green apple tea!
