After waiting and waiting, the Japanese brand GARIGUETTE has finally opened a store in Causeway Bay’s Fashion Walk. Hong Kong can now enjoy the round-shaped Mille-pressé that many people have been checking in on social media. They have also introduced 12 original and Hong Kong-exclusive flavors!
The new store restores the design of the Omotesando main store, where you can admire the process of making Napoleon through the glass window, and there are outdoor semi-open seats for taking photos!
The Napoleon Mille-pressé concept is inspired by the traditional French pastry Mille Feuille, while the cream ingredients and on-site whipping machine at GARIGUETTE Causeway Bay store are directly imported from Japan. The production process also follows the Japanese store, ensuring that Mille-pressé perfectly replicates the taste and texture of the Japanese version. The round pastry is specially designed with a carved-out hollow pattern, allowing you to see the rich filling inside the pastry!

GARIGUETTE Hong Kong store offers 8 sweet flavors and 4 savory flavors, with a focus on the signature “Napoléon” (original strawberry Mille-pressé) that combines special custard cream with strawberries for a tangy and sweet taste that will keep you coming back for more! If you want to try multiple flavors or share with friends, you can also choose “Half-Half” when ordering, which combines two dessert flavors in one Napoléon!
If you like the savory taste of Mille-pressé, we recommend another popular flavor, “Jambon & Fromage” (Double Cheese Ham Napoleon Mille-pressé), made with cheddar cheese, buffalo cheese, ham, and mashed potatoes. It is crispy and delicious, and the cheese has a stringy effect!
In addition, there is a Hong Kong exclusive flavor called “Milk Tea Cream Mango”. It turns the Hong Kong-style milk tea into a smooth cream, and is paired with juicy and sweet mangoes and black sugar walnuts, creating a rich and layered taste!
