The characteristic dishes of Wu Gan Ri Chang include konjac noodles and konjac rice, which are satisfying without feeling heavy. You can enjoy these delicious meals without guilt or burden! We recommend the “Spicy Wagyu Five-Ingredient Konjac Rice” (HK$48), which uses Japanese A5 wagyu beef made into minced beef and mixed with five-ingredient konjac rice, all cooked with mustard seed oil. It is very flavorful, and the konjac rice has a soft and distinct texture, providing a pleasant surprise! If you prefer vegetarian options, you can choose the “Healthy Five-Ingredient Konjac Rice” (HK$48), which combines carrots, burdock root, fried tofu, mushrooms, and konjac rice, creating a healthy and delicious dish!

The optional “Mouthwatering Chicken and Tofu Noodle” (HK$68) is made with specially prepared cold noodle sauce infused with citrus and lime, giving it a refreshing and tangy taste that is quite appetizing! The chef has added a touch of numbing spice to cater to the preferences of the OLs in the Central district! For the soup noodles, there is the “Garlic Chili Baked Lobster Chicken Soup Tofu Noodle” (HK$118), where lobster is baked with garlic and chili, releasing a fragrant aroma. It can be enjoyed with either the “Daily Fresh Coconut Chicken Soup” or the “Wild Bamboo Shoot and Matsutake Mushroom Soup”, both of which are carefully prepared by the restaurant and can also be ordered separately (HK$38)!
