GARIGUETTE, which is booming in Tokyo, Japan, will land in Hong Kong in early September and open its first overseas branch at Fashion Walk in Causeway Bay, bringing the round and hollowed-out Napoleon Mille-pressé to Hong Kong!
This popular dessert concept is inspired by the traditional French mille-feuille. The ingredients and machinery for the new store are directly imported from GARIGUETTE’s main store in Japan. The pastry is made with 100% fermented butter and is pressed using an exclusive hot press machine before being baked at high temperatures. The rich cream filling is also flown in fresh from Japan. The Napoleon Mille-pressé is made to order on-site, recreating the authentic taste and texture of the Japanese version!
Napoléon Mille-pressé, with its signature sweet and sour taste, comes in different flavors, including the original strawberry Napoléon Mille-pressé. Another recommended popular flavor is Jambon & Fromage, which combines cheddar cheese, buffalo cheese, ham, and mashed potatoes for a crispy and delicious taste. The menu offers a total of 8 sweet flavors and 4 savory flavors to choose from, and there will also be limited edition flavors available in Hong Kong!
