Japanese restaurant “Suage Hokkaido Curry” recently opened in Langham Place, Mong Kok, Hong Kong! The Hong Kong branch offers 10 main dishes including meat, seasonal vegetables, and seafood, as well as a choice of 3 soup bases, served with Inaniwa udon noodles. There is also a selection of 99 levels of spiciness to choose from!
The signature soup base is managed by Hokkaido, and the “Suage Original Soup Base” is made with secret ingredients such as tomatoes and onions, combined with the essence of various curries and simmered with meat for at least 12 hours, resulting in a soup base that is fresh, sweet, and fragrant.
The recommendation includes the unique “Lobster Seafood Soup Curry” exclusive to Hong Kong stores, which combines Canadian lobster with scallops, mussels, and baby squid, along with a choice of Sakura shrimp thick soup. It is fresh, sweet, and refreshing, with a rich and fragrant curry flavor.
In addition, there are “vegetarian fried” dishes that are not coated with any batter and are directly deep-fried. The outer layer is crispy, while the inside is soft. If you still want more, you can also add fried shrimp tempura, pumpkin, fried chicken, and other side dishes and snacks.
