Recently, a new pure white coffee shop called Bunphant Coffee opened in Fortress Hill. It turns out that it is a café opened by the popular cake shop Bunphant.Cake! With a white main tone, fresh and minimalist decoration, and floor-to-ceiling glass allowing natural sunlight to shine through, the interior also has soft vintage pendant lights. The store offers a variety of savory dishes, such as “Fish Soup with Double Rice”, topped with scallops, shrimp, mussels, and Japanese snow crab meat. Before eating, pour the creamy fish soup over it to enhance the freshness. The freshly made “Cheese Toast Box with Garlic Breadsticks” is loaded with rich cheese.
