Two of the ketogenic cakes were newly launched in March. Both cakes are sugar-free and made without refined flour, making them much healthier compared to regular cakes. The “Matcha Italian Cheesecake” ($76) is based on tiramisu and incorporates mascarpone for a rich and layered flavor. The sponge cake is flavored with matcha, and the matcha powder on top enhances the tea flavor.

Café’s Central and Sai Ying Pun branches are launching new savory dishes, with an increased selection of keto options as well as indulgent favorites that appeal to the general public. For those on a keto diet, the “Slow-cooked Prime Rib with Cauliflower Rice” ($188) is a great choice. The large piece of prime rib is slow-cooked to tender perfection and served with turmeric cauliflower rice and beef bone marrow sauce, resulting in a rich and satisfying flavor at a great value.
If you like toast, there are options. The “Keto Beef Benedict Cheese Black Sesame Toast” ($148) uses black sesame toast without flour or refined sugar, paired with generous portions of keto roasted beef, cheese, and a runny egg. Other keto dishes include “Spinach Cheese Flaxseed Mexican Pancake” and “Fresh Shrimp and Sakura Shrimp with Cauliflower Rice”.
