Central Italian restaurant enjoys weekend brunch! Top-grade caviar/unlimited additional ribeye steak/various desserts from the dessert cart.

This Brunch starts at HK$488 per person (four courses), and you can also add HK$300 per person for premium “Siberian sturgeon caviar and condiments” and 90 minutes of unlimited non-alcoholic beverages; or add HK$400 per person for premium caviar with 90 minutes of unlimited refills of a series of appetizers, premium American ribeye steak, and desserts, as well as unlimited champagne and wine!

The “Siberian sturgeon caviar” has a translucent color and is served with Russian pancakes and various condiments, bringing out a sweet and fresh taste. The freely matched delicacies include “Italian appetizer platter”, which includes a variety of Italian snacks, such as Italian omelette, Italian cured ham, seafood salad, tomato buffalo mozzarella cheese, and Italian bread.

The main dishes include “Lobster and Scallop Cheese Risotto”, “Grilled USDA Ribeye Steak”, “Pan-fried Japanese Miyazaki A4 Wagyu Beef”, “Pan-fried Turbot with Deep-fried Oysters and Garlic Cream”, “Spanish Red Prawn Wide Noodles”, “Garlic Chili Fresh Abalone Italian Pasta”, etc., offering a wide selection.
