This Brunch starts at HK$488 per person (four courses), and you can also add HK$300 per person for premium “Siberian sturgeon caviar and condiments” and 90 minutes of unlimited non-alcoholic beverages; or add HK$400 per person for premium caviar with 90 minutes of unlimited refills of a series of appetizers, premium American ribeye steak, and desserts, as well as unlimited champagne and wine!
The “Siberian sturgeon caviar” has a translucent color and is served with Russian pancakes and various condiments, bringing out a sweet and fresh taste.
