The recently opened Cantonese restaurant and lounge “Flower Map” in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, not only boasts a 180° Victoria Harbour view, but also features decor inspired by “spies”, such as the “Russian roulette” at the entrance of the restaurant and the dice-themed display cabinet, which exudes grandeur and a touch of stylish playfulness.
The restaurant is divided into several different themed areas. The “Secret Agent Mystery Angle” lounge area is filled with insect specimens on the background wall, while the “Secret Agent Magical Props Wardrobe” and “Smart Home” dining areas are inspired by James Bond’s DB5 car, using rearview mirrors and tires as lighting fixtures. There is also the “Traveler’s Room” designed with a tropical rainforest theme, and private rooms like The Cache with a money clip design and The Game Room with a chessboard design.
There are a variety of exquisite Cantonese dishes in terms of food, including “Flower Map Wagyu Treasure Box”, which evolved from boiled beef and is more suitable for the taste of Hong Kong people. “Salt and Crispy Chicken” emits a strong aroma when it is lit on the table, and there are also dishes such as hot pot and “Flower Map Jazz Soup” that combine various precious ingredients. If you still want more, you can taste a series of specialty cocktails and enjoy a leisurely time.
