Another event designed for “beer lovers”! Sugar Factory Street Market and KIN Food Halls join forces to set up a “Beer Festival” at KIN Food Halls in the D2 Place One, offering unlimited tasting of 14 local craft beer and specialty beer brands for three consecutive days!
This includes the clear-bodied Indian Pale Ale (IPA), the English Ale with roasted malt flavor and hop aroma, the Pilsner with a smooth texture and fruity aroma, Lager brewed at low temperatures, and other creative options such as the Thai-style flavored beer with strong spices. In addition, there are collaborations between Black Kite Brewery and Hong Kong’s first craft cider brewery, Moonzen Brewery, H.K. Lovecraft, Tai Wai Beer Co., Young Master Brewery, and many other unique beers.
Besides enjoying beer, there are also dishes from various countries such as Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Italy, etc. Among them are Blaze Beer Club’s “Big Three XPA” paired with OBP’s “Korean Fried Chicken”, Deadman’s “Dirty Pale Ale” paired with Axian’s Selection’s “Penang Teochew Fried Kway Teow”, Owlsome Brothers’ “Shiro – Coedo Beer” paired with Chef Studio by Eddy’s “Lobster Laksa”, and other delicious food combinations. Second Draft, Sake Central, Emmer, Michelin-starred restaurant Yardbird, etc. are also participating in this beer festival, offering a wide range of food choices!
