A variety of delicious dishes featuring sweet mango and chocolate, with refreshing savory options including French foie gras terrine on toast with crispy chocolate, shrimp and mango lime sandwich, fresh scallops with pickled radish and chocolate soy sauce.
Desserts include a 70% dark chocolate with Bailey’s Irish Cream mousse arch cake, mango pomelo sago tart, chocolate mango Bavarian cream, and mango jasmine panna cotta with citrus sauce. The homemade scones in the tea set are also mango and chocolate flavored, served with strawberry jam and clotted cream, offering a unique combination.
