This cafe small shop Zombie, opened in Jordan, has a cute Zombie with a hat on its signboard logo outside the door! It just started its business last weekend, and the owner said the name Zombie is because without coffee, one would live like a zombie, so they hope to provide everyone with a good cup of coffee to lift their spirits and be a “normal human being”!
During the trial period, many categories on the menu still have “coming soon” written on them, but basic coffee, hand drip, and cold brew coffee are all available, and food options include common cafe items like pastries, toast, and desserts.
It is worth noting that the Affogato ($50) has homemade vanilla ice cream! The texture is creamy and the milk flavor is strong. After pouring espresso into the ice cream, the partially melted ice cream blends with the coffee, creating a rich taste and smooth texture!
Tiramisu ($55) is almost another must-have dessert in cafes! Also homemade, the cream is made soft and smooth, allowing you to taste the coffee flavor as a decoration in the sweet taste!
Apart from desserts, the basic pairing of toast includes sourdough bread with avocado, poached egg, etc. As for croissants, Danish pastries, chocolate croissants, etc., all are made by Bread Elements, which is considered a reliable choice!
