The fashion show took place at St Bartholomew the Great in the city of London, with styles inspired by the ritual of a baby’s birth. Models appeared in layers of English broderie anglaise and gauze, with shoulders draped in baptismal shawls, wide skirts tied with ribbons, and adorned with pearl accessories, exuding a strong sense of ceremony.
Details inspired by postpartum experiences can also be seen, such as breastfeeding bras adorned with jewelry and designs that combine bedding and pajamas.
