Every June is Pride Month, and various fashion brands will release limited edition collections to raise awareness of gender equality in society. This year, COS has collaborated with creative talents from the LGBTQIA+ diverse gender community to create the “Love for all” limited edition series.
The series includes 3 uniquely designed T-shirts, one of which is designed by artist and creative director Zipeng Zhu. He uses COS’s classic neutral T-shirt as a canvas, applying his bold and eye-catching typography to create a colorful rainbow “LOVE” smiley face pattern.
Another creation is by musician and award-winning actress SOKO, who used the touching LGBTQ+ theme song “Oh, to be a Rainbow!” as inspiration, integrating music into the design.
As for the third design, it features original poetry by performance poet, transgender activist, and model Kai-Isaiah Jamal, turning indescribable feelings and experiences into moving verses. It is worth mentioning that all proceeds from this limited series will be donated to two local charities advocating for gender diversity, including “Gender Empowerment” and “Grey & Pride,” to support and promote LGBTQ rights.
