Swiss luxury watch brand Vacheron Constantin collaborates with haute couture fashion designer Yiqing Yin to present “The Pleats of Time: Cross-Border Artistic Collaboration with Yiqing Yin” exhibition, which will be held at the West Kowloon Cultural Pavilion from May 23 to 27! ZTYLEZ takes you on a journey through 5 major highlights of the exhibition, offering an unprecedented experience of time travel!
Located at the West Kowloon Cultural District’s “The Pleats of Time: A Cross-Border Artistic Collaboration with Yin Yi-Ching” exhibition, inspired by Jaeger-LeCoultre’s latest Égérie series “The Pleats of Time” concept watch, carefully designed 5 major exhibition areas, using its iconic elegant lilac purple color throughout the space, cleverly integrating high-end watchmaking, haute couture, and high-end fragrances, starting from the backdrop of the Égérie moon phase watch pattern, stopping to admire the intricate contours of the giant Égérie moon phase watch, leading everyone through the corridor of time.
This exhibition will not only focus on the delicate and elegant new works of Vacheron Constantin: the Égérie series of concept watches, but will also showcase the high-end custom-made gown “Infinity Dress” that is in line with watch aesthetics, limited edition Égérie moon phase watches, and a selection of historical works of Vacheron Constantin women’s watches, leading everyone to deeply appreciate the charm of Vacheron Constantin and catch a glimpse of the beauty of One of Not Many!
When luxury watches meet haute couture fragrances, they truly spark unexpected fireworks! Yin Yiqing collaborates with French perfumer Dominique Ropion to specially create the fragrance for the Égérie series “The Pleats of Time” concept watch, using innovative technology to encapsulate exclusive fragrance essence in nanocapsules, permeating through various parts of the strap, allowing the charming scent to subtly accompany movement, instantly becoming a clever way to enhance charm!
The highlight of the on-site watch is not only the Égérie series “The Pleats of Time” concept watch, with a lilac mother-of-pearl dial decorated with pleats, paired with an embroidered woven strap, exuding a soft and elegant charm. Another focus is the limited edition of 100 pieces of the same series Égérie moon phase watch, equipped with three interchangeable straps, including lilac crocodile leather, midnight blue satin-effect calf leather, and pink grained calf leather straps, showcasing the multi-faceted charm of the Égérie moon phase watch!
