Franck Muller launches the new ultra-thin watch Vanguard Slim Skeleton, this watch features a hollow design, automatic winding, and an integrated movement, presenting the Vanguard series known for its modern and avant-garde charm in a brand new modern style.
The new hollowed-out movement interprets the soft line design, forming a sharp contrast with the ruggedness of the Vanguard series case. To balance the outline of the hollowed-out movement, the designer retained the highly recognizable iconic numeral hour markers for the Vanguard Slim Skeleton. In addition, with a case thickness of only 9.1 millimeters, equipped with an automatic winding movement, providing a 38-hour power reserve, its perfect balance ratio transforms the classic iconic oversized case of the Vanguard into elegant slim cases of 41 millimeters and a new size of 37 millimeters, maintaining a sense of three-dimensionality. At the same time, the side inlays adopt a sporty design similar to the original design, with smooth, clean lines, highlighting the beautiful profile of its smooth curved case.
Due to the use of an ultra-thin case, watchmakers had to rethink the frame design of the internal movement for the Vanguard Slim Skeleton, creating a dedicated movement. All parts are carefully cut, hollowed out, hand-polished, and finished, allowing everyone to appreciate the unique internal structure of the Vanguard Slim Skeleton and the master craftsmanship of Franck Muller watchmaking. The new collection is available in two styles: rose gold with diamonds and white gold with diamonds. The case is seamlessly integrated with a crocodile leather strap, creating a smooth curved shape and comfortable wearing experience.
