BVLGARI’s classic Octo Finissimo tourbillon watch has set eight records for thinness in the world of watches. At the annual Only Watch event, the brand used this iconic watch as a blueprint to create a unique version made of marble.
Marble has always been a highly valued material for the brand, and the green marble used in this unique watch is called Verde Alpi, which comes from Aosta Valley. This is a natural passage that crosses the Alps and connects Switzerland and Italy.
The watch case is made up of 110 carefully designed facets, each of which is carefully embedded with a thin layer of marble to protect the delicate components. The marble veneer on the dial is only 0.6 millimeters thick.
As for the watch bracelet, it is the most exquisite part of the entire watch, with each link on the front and side embedded with a piece of marble, crafted with great precision.
