In 1978, Tissot created a PRX quartz watch with a slim barrel-shaped case paired with a wide link bracelet, seamlessly blending together. Subsequently, the brand completed the registration of the name PRX. The “PR” represents precision and durability, while the Roman numeral “X” represents a water resistance of up to 10 atmospheres, or a depth of 100 meters.
Earlier, Tissot unveiled several new annual watch collections, with the classic PRX series also becoming a highlight. Among them, the PRX Powermatic 80 watch continues the series’ slightly barrel-shaped design, complemented by a delicate polished bezel. The dial is adorned with a new vibrant ice blue color, paired with the classic grid texture, directly engraved on the metal relief pattern, adding a distinctive touch.
In addition, the Seastar series diving watches have multiple functions and can withstand pressures of up to 1000 feet. The new Seastar 1000 quartz watch has a diameter of 40 millimeters, and the strap and bracelet can be easily replaced, allowing users to easily match their style according to their mood or occasion.
