During the Watches and Wonders 2023 event held in Geneva, Oris presented a carefully crafted new collaboration watch called ProPilot X Kermit, which brings a smile to people’s faces.

With this brand spirit, Oris has teamed up with Disney’s puppet character Kermit to launch the new ProPilot X Calibre 400 special edition watch, transforming this famous character that has brought immense joy and smiles to people over the years into a delightful embellishment on the watch.

Kermit was born as early as 1955. Although he always played the role of being bullied in “Sesame Street” and “The Muppet Show,” he is extremely popular in real life. Fashion brand Supreme, sportswear brand adidas, and BE@RBRICK have all collaborated with him to create joint collections.
The newly launched ProPilot X Calibre collaboration watch is based on the 39mm titanium alloy ProPilot X Calibre 400 watch. The green dial is inspired by Kermit’s vibrant colors and is paired with a titanium alloy case that has been brushed and sandblasted. It is equipped with the innovative Oris Calibre 400 self-winding movement, which the brand has spent six years developing. The watch features high anti-magnetic properties, a 5-day power reserve, and a 10-year warranty. The highlight of the watch is the 6 o’clock position on the dial. On the first day of each month, Kermit’s happy face will appear in the date window, creating a very interesting effect. The brand hopes that through this humorously designed “Kermit Day,” wearers can find moments of relaxation and experience a sense of childlike joy in their busy lives.
