The 41st Hong Kong Film Awards ceremony will be held tomorrow, April 16th. Over the past year, local film box office has been strong, so this year’s competition has also attracted a lot of attention from fans. There are a total of 33 films nominated for various awards this year, with “Port of Call” leading the way with 16 nominations, while “Detective Chinatown,” “From Vegas to Macau II,” and “Mojin: The Lost Legend” also have 11 nominations each.

Best Movie
This year, there are five films competing for the “Best Film Award”, including “Justice Corridor”, “Tomorrow’s War”, “Detective Battle”, “Narrow Road Dust”, and “To My 19-Year-Old Self”. The film “Justice Corridor”, directed by emerging director He Juetian, has received a total of 16 nominations, including Best Film, Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, etc., making it the most talked-about film of this year!
“正义回廊”改编自2013年发生在香港的”大角咀弑双亲案”，由于题材血腥，因此刚上映时只有20万票房。后来电影靠着观众们一致好评而成功逆袭，连续四天登上单日票房冠军，至今累积4300万港元，成绩骄人，因此大家推测其将以大热姿态获得此奖！

最佳女主角
This year’s Best Actress nominees include Su Yuhua (Justice Corridor), Mao Shunyun (Grandma Has a Second), Sammi Cheng (Flowing Water, Falling Flowers), Yuan Lilin (Narrow Road, Tiny Dust), and Sylvia Chang (Flickering Lights). This year, Sammi Cheng has been nominated for Best Actress for the tenth time, but unfortunately, she has never won in the past. This time, her portrayal of a foster mother in the film has left a deep impression on people. Earlier, she won the Best Actress award at the 29th Hong Kong Film Critics Society Awards for this role. If she can win at the Hong Kong Film Awards, it will be even more fulfilling.
此外，还有一个备受瞩目的人物，即“张姐”张艾嘉。张艾嘉曾凭借《最爱》和《地久天长》两次获得香港电影金像奖，她的精湛演技无可置疑。这次是她与Sammi自2006年以来，相隔17年后第三次在金像奖上争夺影后，让人更加期待获奖结果！Sammi在之前的采访中提到，张姐亲自给她打电话祝贺入围，两人的关系非常好。
Best Actor
今年最佳男主角提名，分别有麦沛东（正义回廊）、杨伟伦（正义回廊）、黄秋生（白日青春）、刘青云（神探大战）、张继聪（窄路微尘）。早前，黄秋生凭《白日青春》已夺得台湾金马奖影帝，到底他能否凭此戏再次踏上颁奖台，值得大家期待。
麦沛东、杨伟伦两张大银幕上的新鲜面孔同样不容忽视，其中麦沛东在《正义回廊》戏中饰演第二被告唐文奇，而杨伟伦则饰演第一被告张显宗，二人演技大爆发，看得观众牙痒痒，亦是今年大热得奖人选。
最佳新演员
在最佳新演员方面，包括年仅十岁的林诺（白日青春）、MIRROR 成员柳应廷（阿妈有咗第二个）、吕爵安（过时‧过节）&（合家辣）、周汉宁（灯火阑珊）。
This year, several members of MIRROR have tried their hand in the film industry. Although Jiang Tao missed out on a nomination for Best New Actor, he was nominated for Best Original Film Song for “Unchanging Wind and Rain”. Edan Lui Juean also received nominations for his roles in two films, and his performance as a new actor is definitely outstanding.
