From the initial mental tension to the current pandemic fatigue, urbanites have experienced too much in the post-epidemic era. Are you feeling exhausted from the current life? lululemon will start a seven-day healing online event “Rest & Restore Healing Journey” tomorrow, April 8th, where different guests will share ways to relieve epidemic stress together.

In this, Hong Kong Olympic swimmer Cheung Lai Mei will join singer-songwriter Shenni Ng to share content about values and self-exploration. Hong Kong Forest Bathing founder Amanda Yik will lead a relaxing sound bath with meditation instructor Aymeric Vollant.
At the end of the event, the brand invited Ivana Wong and Fred Cheng to hold a “Relaxation and Unwind” concert, using their singing to heal everyone.
