Prince and the Peacock introduces the "Bengali Nawab" limited menu, designed by Chef Palash Mitra, drawing inspiration from the court cuisine of Bengali nobility in the 18th and 19th centuries. The menu features authentic dishes such as Ghugni (curry yellow peas), Bhapa Chingri (Bengali-style steamed shrimp), and Morog Pulao (chicken pulao), along with the chef's special Bengali jaggery artisan gelato. Guests can choose to order à la carte or enjoy the full tasting menu for HK$748, available exclusively for dinner from Monday to Wednesday.
