除了拍卖品，其实在这次预展，佳士得同样带来了一个非常精彩的展览，就是「弗朗索瓦丝·吉洛：百年风华」。Françoise Gilot 最为人熟知的身分就是「毕加索旧情人」，二人长达 10 年的恋情，成为 Gilot 人生中一段重要的经历，她与才华洋溢的毕加索相互启发及成长，成为她艺术上的滋养。
Besides Picasso, Matisse also had a great influence on Gilot, whether it is in terms of lines, color styles, can be seen in her paintings from the 1970s. This year, coinciding with Gilot’s 100th birthday, Christie’s and Home Art will bring the “Françoise Gilot: A Century of Elegance” exhibition to Hong Kong audiences from November 26 to December 1, allowing everyone to personally appreciate the masterpieces of this artist spanning from the 1940s to the 2010s. We continue to invite art and cultural scholar Miha to introduce to us the wonderful stories behind this Gilot exhibition.
