Porsche, always a synonym for luxury brands. Mentioning it always brings to mind the distinctive taillights or the iconic gold shield logo. In fact, besides focusing on automobile development, the Porsche brand also delves into the design of many peripheral products, showcasing the brand’s exquisite craftsmanship and pursuit in all aspects.
Recently, Porsche Design announced a collaboration with the renowned Thai real estate developer Ananda Development to create a dreamy new landmark in Bangkok — the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok. This marks its first establishment in Asia! Last week, ZTYLEZ was invited by Porsche to fly to Bangkok to attend the launch event, where the brand unveiled the luxurious design of this building. Now, let’s take a closer look!

As the first work of Porsche Design Tower, Porsche Design and American Dezer Development collaborate, with a total investment of up to 3.8 billion, located in the heart of the city, a prime location. It not only enjoys the beautiful scenery of sunshine and beaches but also combines the brand’s avant-garde and unique design style, attracting much attention! Looking from afar, one is already captivated by its mysterious and round design appearance.
In a building reaching up to 60 stories, with 132 residential units, every detail from cabinets to equipment is tailored with advanced and high-quality design elements, such as German kitchen brand Poggenpohl leading in global top-notch kitchenware, premium appliances and furniture from Dornbracht, German high-end appliances from Miele, and the renowned Japanese bathroom brand Toto, all perfectly complementing Porsche Design’s unique style. Overlooking the sea, the building also offers luxurious amenities, including exquisite lounge bars, spa and fitness centers, entertainment rooms, and more.
Furthermore, it is worth mentioning the design highlight, which is the revolutionary car elevator system equipped with a patent – allowing residents to be comfortably transported in their car to the floors of luxurious residences; while through the glass garage windows, residents can also view their car collection from home, creating a unique and alternative lifestyle!
According to the report by the Spanish radio station “Cadena Ser,” the famous football player Lionel Messi also purchased a unit in the Porsche Design Tower in 2021 for $90 million (approximately HK$705 million).(*)

In Germany, besides the must-visit Porsche Museum, there is also the Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart, which began construction as early as 2020.
Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart is located at Pragsattel, one of the most important transportation hubs in the northern part of the city. It is also one of the tallest buildings in the city, combined with the new Porsche Center Stuttgart, making it a prominent highlight.
Outside the office space at the Porsche Center Stuttgart, there is also a unique four-star luxury hotel – Radisson Blu, offering spaces like restaurants, bars, a large rooftop terrace, and stunning views of downtown Stuttgart. Impressively, it features distinctive exterior materials, floor-to-ceiling glass facades, and even utilizes a patented and unique car lift system developed by Porsche Design, showcasing a fusion of design, practicality, and technical functionality in the building.
The high-end materials and designs inside and outside these two architectural masterpieces complement each other, showcasing Porsche’s unmatched expertise in spatial design. They perfectly blend and interpret the brand philosophy and goals of Porsche Design, delivering an unparalleled and extraordinary living experience beyond imagination to the world!

The third in the world, the first in Asia
Porsche Design X Ananda Development
Following the United States and Germany, the Porsche Design Tower is stepping into Asia for the first time to develop this global third residential project of its kind, providing an unparalleled living experience to more people.
Thailand, as the second largest economy in ASEAN and a cosmopolitan city in Asia, boasts vast land, rich resources, and affordable yet high-quality products. With its rapid development in recent years, it has become a top choice for many to relax, travel, invest, or work. Beneath its rich history and culture, numerous fashionable shopping centers, exquisite bars, and cafes have gradually emerged, bringing unique advantages and unlimited potential to the region.
Therefore, Porsche Design makes its first appearance in Asia by choosing Bangkok as its location, bringing fresh and innovative effects and concepts to both the project and the place. As a renowned real estate developer in Thailand, Ananda Development’s strong engineering capabilities and meticulous attention to detail have earned them admiration, raising high expectations. This project blends world-class lifestyle features, seamlessly integrating design and functionality, all while adhering to Professor F. A. Porsche’s philosophy of “optimizing functionality while unconditionally simplifying form into basic elements”.
This innovative and exceptionally luxurious residential property combines pioneering concepts with uniqueness, featuring 22 exclusive duplex apartments and 4 levels of “Sky Villas” ranging from 525 to 1,135 square meters, averaging a selling price of 15 million US dollars, with the highest price reaching 40 million US dollars.
In the design of the building’s podium, it adopts the iconic “X-frame” structure from Porsche cars, exuding a mechanical feel. The embellished lights at the top of the building can’t help but remind people of Porsche’s tail lights, with a unique and eye-catching design that incorporates classic automotive elements, adding color to Bangkok’s skyline. Inside the building, there are certainly many thoughtful designs for car lovers, such as the “Passion Spaces” ultra-luxurious garage, allowing car enthusiasts to have exclusive garages ranging from 100 to 335 square meters, directly connected via a private elevator. This allows residents to showcase their precious cars or collectibles in a customized private space, resembling a concept of a private museum, seamlessly integrating it with the residence. Additionally, a central spiral vehicle pathway called “The Loop” has been added to serve as a passage to the garage for each resident, providing unparalleled space and privacy.
Each apartment is meticulously designed to offer ultimate comfort and luxury, such as three types of professional-grade kitchens in each luxury apartment: Thai, Western, and a semi-outdoor barbecue area to meet different cooking preferences; a 25-meter swimming pool, high-performance fitness area, social lounge, business lounge, and fitness center, creating an iconic living experience. These innovative cutting-edge technologies are also highly inclusive and practical, meeting the diverse needs of residents.
Finally, to achieve a balance between the tranquility and privacy of living and the convenience of life, a location in one of the prestigious areas in the heart of the Thai capital is chosen—Sukhumvit 38. It is situated on the vibrant Thonglor side of Sukhumvit Road, offering easy access to various amenities and bustling attractions such as Michelin-starred restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, galleries, and leisure facilities. Even Suvarnabhumi International Airport is only a 30-minute drive away, symbolizing the fusion of luxury, life, and culture.
These exquisite designs and craftsmanship mark the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok as the first automotive brand residence in Asia, blending iconic car style with living, combining functionality and timeless aesthetics, also setting a new benchmark for luxury residences in Bangkok.
The design project is scheduled to start construction next year, with completion expected by the end of 2028.
Curvistan Bangkok
Porsche Clubhouse + Porsche Design Gallery
“Good design has to be honest.” – Ferdinand Alexander Porsche
Before the building is completed, everyone can also be the first to immerse themselves in the world of Porsche Design in Bangkok! Inspired by the excitement of the flash gallery Curvistan in Germany’s Munich and Singapore, Curvistan Bangkok has decided to officially settle in the Sukhumvit 38 area. The new location has everyone eagerly anticipating its arrival!
On the day of the launch event, in addition to announcing the good news of Porsche Design Tower Bangkok, Curvistan Bangkok was officially unveiled! The event brought together many media, guests, and local celebrities. They dressed up in the theme of “Funky Street,” adding to the lively atmosphere of the occasion!
Curvistan Bangkok uniquely combines a coffee shop, cars, an art gallery, and concept stores. It collaborates with the largest Porsche community in the Asia-Pacific region, Das Treffen, organizing events featuring rare classics and limited-edition supercars, and publishing a magazine nurturing the Thai Porsche community. Following that is Socrates Delicious Syrup Company, a standout in Bangkok’s nightlife with 10 major bars. Additionally, IMPACT Exhibition Management’s The Coffee Academïcs, a leader in the boutique coffee sector since 2012, oversees all coffee-related matters at Curvistan. Finally, in partnership with the Swiss company VITRA and Thailand’s leading Nordic design distributor, NORSE Republics, innovative designs create unique furniture and lifestyle products, bringing Curvistan an eternal style, and recently, a new furniture series in collaboration with Porsche has been launched.
Walking up to the gallery on the upper floor, you will find a selection of Porsche’s treasured collections and old photos depicting the brand story, which will be changed every two to three months. The inaugural exhibition, titled “Porsche: A Design Manifesto,” invites people to explore the overall design philosophy and diverse aesthetic universe behind the Porsche brand — from sports cars, watches, sunglasses to skyscrapers. Even the gallery itself is adorned with subtle lighting, seamlessly integrated with the design of the building’s roof and Porsche’s taillights.
Curvistan Bangkok is also conveniently located (adjacent to BTS Thonglor Light Rail Station), symbolizing a vibrant gathering place for all Porsche enthusiasts to host private gatherings!
