Christmas can’t travel abroad, so the airport is not your nostalgic place? Wait! This Christmas, you will change your mind! Because, starting this December, AsiaWorld-Expo will transform into “Winter Wonderland” with the inspiration of a European Christmas village, creating a Christmas experience center that combines leisure, entertainment, photo opportunities, shopping, dining, and performances, pushing the Christmas atmosphere to the extreme!
From next Monday (December 13) to January 2, 2022, “Winter Wonderland Ice Fantasy Kingdom” will take everyone through different small villages in Europe. The venue will feature multiple themed activities and experience areas, including the “Glacier Ice House Polar Ice Cellar” built in the image of an ice house, the immersive interactive art experience area themed around the aurora “House of Light by XCEPT”, the London-authorized “MR. MEN LITTLE MISS X’mas Maze” Christmas maze, and the 30-meter long “Joy & Jump Castle” bounce castle. Additionally, the village will also bring together 60 Christmas market stalls selling all kinds of unique Christmas gifts and products.
As a rare Christmas experience in Hong Kong, a Christmas tree as tall as 7 meters will stand in the center of “Winter Wonderland” and surrounding the Christmas tree is a series of fairy-tale-like European rustic wooden houses. This time, the organizers even deliberately decorated the entrance of the venue with the aisle of boarding gates, aiming to fulfill the wishes of the “villagers” present for another “Christmas getaway”, reliving the feeling of spending Christmas in those years.
