Debuted in 2011, Yu Xiangning started her career as a model, participating in numerous advertising shoots and appearing in TV dramas in Hong Kong and Taiwan, including “Always and Ever” and “Law dis-Order.” It wasn’t until 2016 that she officially embarked on her acting career, making her debut in the film “Sisterhood” and portraying the experienced character Ling Ling. Despite having limited screen time at the time, her strong acting skills earned her a nomination for “Best New Performer” at the 36th Hong Kong Film Awards, further attracting attention from the audience and successfully transitioning into a promising new actress.
