Each one is worth looking forward to!
“Don’t be deceived by the she-wolf”
The Japanese reality show “Don’t Be Deceived by the Wolf Girl” will be available on Netflix on September 3rd! Five men and five women come here to find true love. They take turns dating each other to get to know one another and work together to complete common missions, with the goal of finding true love in the process. Among the female participants, there is at least one “wolf girl” who is insincere. The game rules strictly prohibit them from falling in love. The “wolf girl” is not allowed to develop genuine feelings or accept anyone’s confession, and must hide her identity from start to finish. Is she a woman who genuinely cares for you, or a deceitful female wolf?
“Mermaid”
The live-action film “The Little Mermaid,” based on the Disney classic animated film, and starring singer Halle Bailey, who has been nominated for multiple Grammy Awards, has been released in theaters in May and has grossed a worldwide box office of $542 million. The first-ever “underwater musical film” will be exclusively available for streaming on Disney+ on September 6th. This 1989 animated version of “The Little Mermaid” will be presented to the audience in a live-action format, with Disney assembling a strong musical team to inject a fresh new color into this classic work!
“Enter Your Time”
Netflix’s “Enter Your Time” will be available on September 8th! Adapted from the 2019 Taiwanese romantic time-travel drama “Someday or One Day,” the roles of Xu Guanghan and Ke Jia Yin will be played by Ahn Jae-hyun from “Blind Date in the Company” and Kwon Ru-bin from “Vincenzo,” respectively. Both actors will portray dual roles in the series. The story follows Han Junxi, who, while reminiscing about her boyfriend Ju Yan, who passed away a year ago, unexpectedly travels back to 1998 and meets Nan Shixian, who looks exactly like her boyfriend. A wonderful and romantic story unfolds between the three characters, including Zheng Renkui, who secretly admires Quan Minzhou.
“The Legend of Asda: The Sword of Aramane”
The Korean fantasy epic masterpiece “Arthdal Chronicles,” set against the backdrop of ancient times and blending ancient civilizations and mythical legends, is making a strong comeback after a long-awaited three years! The sequel, “Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun,” will be portrayed by Lee Jun-ki, taking over from Song Joong-ki as the tribal leader Eunseom, and Shin Se-kyung as the priestess Tanya. It will exclusively premiere on Disney+ on September 9th. The story of the series is set in Arthdal, eight years after Tagon’s (played by Jang Dong-gun) ascension to the throne in the first season, and the captivating new story will continue the struggles and unity among the heroes in this land. Tempted by power, they will once again ignite a war of immense power, bringing about a tremendous transformation in Arthdal!

“The Evil Within”
The original crime action Korean drama “Evil Inside” stars heartthrob Chi Chang-wook, “Squid Game” Wei Hejun, and Lin Shimei. It will be exclusively streamed on Disney+ on September 27th! The drama is set in 1990s Seoul, South Korea, and follows a former DJ who controls a criminal gang and starts selling a new emerging drug called “Gangnam Crystal” (temporary translation) in the city’s nightlife. Rural police officer Park Jun-mo (played by Chi Chang-wook) is recruited as an undercover agent and is responsible for infiltrating the international drug trafficking group. His goal is to become a core member of the group and dismantle the criminal empire of gang leader Jung Ki-tae (played by Wei Hejun), while uncovering the source of “Gangnam Crystal”. “Evil Inside” will immerse you in Park Jun-mo’s undercover identity, where he faces moral dilemmas and desires for power.
“Han River Detective”
Combining action, comedy, and crime elements, the Disney+ original Korean action comedy “Han River Detective” stars two powerful actors, Kwak Sang-yu and Kim Hee-won, and will exclusively premiere on Disney+ on September 13th. Regularly patrolling along the Han River, Han Du-jin (played by Kwak Sang-yu), the police chief of Hando Town, and detective Lee Joon-sik (played by Kim Hee-won) are dedicated to combating terrorists, saving countless citizens from accidents, and solving a series of criminal cases, all in order to protect the safety of the Han River. However, their contrasting personalities and unconventional methods of handling things constantly lead to humorous situations, unaware that behind these cases lies a massive criminal conspiracy!
“Little Red Riding Hood Detective”
Netflix detective comedy film “Detective Little Red Riding Hood” starring Kanna Hashimoto, Yuko Araki, and Takeshi Iwata, will be available on Netflix on September 14th! Little Red Riding Hood (played by Kanna Hashimoto) meets the destitute Cinderella (played by Yuko Araki) on her journey. With the help of a witch, they undergo a magnificent transformation and set off to attend a royal ball. However, on the way, the pumpkin carriage they are riding in accidentally kills a man. They quickly hide the body and rush to the castle. Just as Cinderella and the prince (played by Takeshi Iwata) are dancing and falling in love, the body is discovered, and the ball is canceled. Little Red Riding Hood and Cinderella find themselves in an awkward situation. They start investigating the complex case in order to find the real culprit, encountering a series of peculiar characters along the way. Can Little Red Riding Hood solve the mystery before the midnight bell tolls?
“Love at First Sight”
Adapted from Jennifer E. Smith’s highly popular novel “The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight,” starring Hailee Steinfeld, Ben Hardy, Jamila Jamil, Rob Delaney, Dexter Fletcher, and Sally Phillips, will be available on Netflix on September 15th. It tells the story of two strangers who meet and connect on a flight to London, only to be separated by the twists of fate. In the midst of chaos, finding each other becomes even more difficult. After falling in love at first sight, will fate once again favor them and allow them to reunite?
“Sexual Self-Study Room” Season 4
The British comedy “Sex Education” on Netflix has been loved by audiences since its premiere in 2019. After 2 years, the final season 4 will be released on September 21st! “The Song of the Thief”
Netflix’s Korean original historical drama “The Song of Thieves,” which has invested 30 billion Korean won, will be released on Netflix on September 22nd! Starring Kim Nam-gil from “Hot Blooded Priest,” Seo Hyun from “The Lover of the Curse,” and Yoo Jae-myung from “Itaewon Class,” the series is set in the 1920s during the turbulent Japanese colonial period. It tells the story of how they each embark on a lawless land called “Majim” and engage in a brutal war to protect their homeland, even if it means sacrificing their lives.
